I'm new to SAP and would want to know what type of configurations we need to do in SD/MM/PP as most of the jobs they mention that you need to have "configuration experience in SD, MM and PP".
What exactly is this configuration and any documents related to how configure these modules will be appreciated.
Thanks,
Sireesha
Hi there,
Configuration either in SD, MM or PP is required. Thats what they mean. SD, MM, PP are 3 different modules in SAP.
When they mean configurations in SD, they mean exp this:
SD doc types
Item catg & Schedule line Determinations.
Pricing.
A/c, O/p, Material & other determinations.
Delivery processing.
Idea about Availability check & Transfer of Req.
Billing configurations.
You can get all the information in help.sap.com.
Go to Central ERP components & select SD. You will get all the inforamtion related to SD there.

Sivanand
