Earlywatch "setup EWA Icon not available"

Experts,

If go to Solution Landscape - >Solution Landscape Maintenance - Solution stucture -> Mobilephone Incl -> Solution settings -> "Setup EWA" icon is missing..

I could see other buttons like

CCMS Monitoring EWA

COPY options

and Set languages.

only Setup EWA is missing..

is it possible to get the Setup EWA icon.

my solman vertion is 7.

1.PLease tell me how to get the Setup EWA button ?

2.how to get the FQDN ?.
