Regarding IDOC triggering from WE19.

Hi,

Need a small help.

I am doing an out bound scenario from R/3 to legacy.

When triggering the IDOC from WE19, I am getting error

"The IDoc was saved but the data can not be or should nopt be sent".

Actually I do not have any created IDocs in my R/3 system.

So I am using the INVOIC02 IDoc, filling all the fields before triggering from WE19 and then trigger it.

Kindly Help Me.

hi,

Did u fill the mendatory segment E1EDK01

Also be sure that u have given value "1" for DIrection in the control record.

Go to WE 02 & let me know the status number and error message

Hi Ram,

Have you maintained Patner profiles for IDOC message type in WE20 Tcode?

and have you populated values in IDOC control record in WE19 Tcode?

You have to do both these tasks.

Hi,

Before sending the IDOC check the control records like port, partner no, message type etc. are filled correctly.

One more thing, check if the Receipient Partner No & Port which you are filling in control records have been created in WE20 & WE21 respectively.
