Was this PRT printed status part of your main Get Workorder fetch as configured in the Mobile Add-on ConfigPanel and was it maintained as a known mobility status in it? Most of what is downloaded is setup in the Mobile Add-On /syclo/configpanel transaction code. Check all the filters to see what is downloaded so you may know why this is missing.
