CAF App using NWDI

Hi All,

We are in the process of creating a CAF Application using NWDI.

The Basis team has created a Track and added all the required SC's for CAF.

After doing the following steps

1.Import configuration and create a New DC

2.Sync DC's

3.Create an entity service.

4. Create an Application service.

When i click on the implementation tab of Entity service. It gives an error "Cannot create implementation code".

Similarly, by clicking on implementation tab of application service results in multiple errors --

"com.sap.caf cannot be resolved"

There are 56 Required SC's added to the Development SC.

Are we missing anything ??

Another developer who is working on NWDS 7.0.10 is getting the following error

"Cannot process dictionary type for DDic type com.sap.caf.core.id"

any other possibility?

Hi,

Try to expand the CAF* DCs and request a sync archives to each one. Verify if each library is with a green icon, its indicate that is sync correctly.
