SR053:RFC destination CRMLRP does not exist.

Hi,

I'm trying to replicate the service ticket created in CRM 5.0 to ECC in txn: smw01 it shows successfully sent but in txn:SMQ1 it shows the following error "SR053:RFC destination CRMLRP does not exist"

the RFC destination should actually be E6NCLNT200 in the adapter object which is missing, please tell me how the destination can be changed for an object.
