Hi All,
Is there anyone out there running ECC 5.0 (Netweaver 2004) on V6R1 yet? If so, how has the upgrade experience been? And have you had any major issues?
Thanks,
Dan
Hi,
Does this mean that ECC 5.0 runs and performs in the same manner as ECC 6.0 does on V6R1?
Has anyone using ECC 5.0 actually gone through this OS upgrade as yet? If so, how easy was it, and where there any ECC 5.0 specific pain points that had to be overcome?
Thanks,
Dan

Hi Dan,
at least, you can expect that .... ECC5 and ECC6 are very similar for the OS or DB below that ...

Hi Daniel,
Why don't you suggest Netweaver 2004s ( Monitoring and system administration is very good). There is no problem with V6R1..
You can first upgrade your kernal(V6R1 supported) in existing system and install PTF in new V6R1 system.
And migrate or upgrade it.
Thanx
Jibin.
