Error by Workbook Brodcasting in Portal

Hello BI-Gurus,

*We are running SAP Portal and SAP BI (NW 7.0, SP14).

*We want to distribute BI Workbooks in the Portal (KM Folders) using the Bex Brodcaster,

I have downloaded and installed the Bex Precalculation Server 7.10 on my Client-PC and is running fine as i can See in Tcode "RSPRECADMIN" in BI-System.,

The Issue is now when i try to distribite a simple Workbook to the Portal using the Bex Brodcaster (Portal Role Business Explorer) and selected the Setting (Folder, Prectlculation Server, etc.) i get this Error:

Please advice how to solve this Issue.
