How a check is required to not to rel P.R with zero values ?

Dear All ,

Can u guide that a check is needed to be applied so that P.R created with Zero values can not be released by the autho. person hence these P.R will be prevented to be converted into P.O.

Hi,

Better use field selection for this and make "Valuation Price" field as mandatory.

Go to SPRO > MM > Purchasing > Purchase Requisition > Define Screen Layout at Document Level > Here do field selection for Key "PT0B" under "Quantity and price", make "Price and price unit" as mandatory.

So It will be must for user to enter the price in PR.

i have created a serv. p.r with item cat = D & Acctt Assign = K , here in service stab at item level , i had given zero amt in Gross price column , while in custmizing the " Qty & price are set to required entry.now my P.R is properly saved pl guide that in Customising it is set to Req entry then why system had allowed me to save the P.R without any error . ?

but Created P.R is accepting zero values what it is to be done so that it should not accept zero value.

this is what u have written it means that u need helpregarding the release stratgy with zero values

u havent written that u need the pr shouldnt be with zero value

so plz clerify the questions in future

for ur this problem do what the pankaj has written

system will not take zero value

hi

add value charecteristic in ur rel strategy and give value as =<1 so sytem will nott apply the release strategy to the prs with zero value

but here ur zero value prs will be free to go for po

for this try making gr ir indicator as disply entry for po and pr
