Setting up reminder mails for NON PO base SAP VIM

Hi Experts,

New requirement is to create different remainder mail content for NON PO for two different company code. The challenge that I am facing is that for both the company code for Coder / Approver the role would be same.

Hence not sure how to maintain the combination in /OPT/VIM_8CX50 for two different company code. There is no provision given in this t.code.

HI Raziq,

Unfortunately the combinations for which we can create reminders for the different roles are very limited in the transactions, if this is a make or break requirement, you can try to make a copy of the /OPT/VIM_R1A_REMINDER and modify it to suit your requirement.

once you make a copy schedule the new program as the background job replacing the /OPT/VIM_R1A_REMINDER program.
