Can any one tell me any standard report name so that we can view the product heirarchy.

There is no standard report available for product hierarchy but you can view details from table T179.

I dont think there is any tcode to get the sales as per Product hierarchy. However, you can get the details directly from VBAP tabl giving the desired product hiearchy in VBAP-PRODH(Similar to this field) and get all the materials and the sales order numbers.

Even if you want to have this as a report, you can simply built a query in SQV1 combining VBAP and VBAK having product hiearchy and document type as the input screen and Customer, Sales org, Material Number, Product Hierarchy etc as the output screen. There are lot of threads here on Query building which will help you to do that. It is very simple.
