Send a notification to all Customer account manager

Dear experts,

maybe you can give me a advise. I want to start a mass campaign with a Task for the customer in C4C. I want that all account Manager get a notification which are assigned to this customer. But the notification received only the campaign responsible Person. I Need a workflow for the account Manager.

Maybe it`s better to explain the process:

I want to inform all account Manager that they have to call their customer. But i have a limited target group. So i want that only the selected customer get a call from the account Manager.

How can i start this process? I try different Szenarios but can`t reproduce the this process. Do you have a idea how i can realize this?

Hello Filiz,

What is your criteria for selecting specific Customers? Based on this you can design the solution since I believe you do not want to send notification to ALL customers, but only to select few, correct?

Hi Ankur,

thank you very much for your Response. My aim is to send a notification to all account Manager which are assigned to the selected customer. So i need two Workflows. One is to select the customer. This i can do by the target Group. And than i want to define a task which is named "call your customer". And this Task must reach all account Manager.

this problem has been solved. It`s was just easy 🙂 We must maintain the Involved Parties for Phone Calls. So we can send mass acitivities from a campagain.
