it depends upon the client requirement
already our gurus has said all those infotypes which has to be maintained
but here is one scenario when an employee gets promoted from the place of Hyderabd to chennai than his PF no will also gets changed

You can add infotypes which are common to all countries : 000,0001,0002,0003,0006,0007,0008,0009,0014,0015.
Country specific infotypes can be added with the generic infotype
there are many PA infotypes common ones are IT0000,IT0002,IT0006,IT0007,IT0008,IT0207,ect.

It depends upon your client requirements.
You can use IT0000, IT0001, IT0007, IT0008, IT2006. These are the most used for any action.
You can add some more Infotypes as per your client requirements.
