Hi,
We are getting directory path not found error in the CC.
We double checked and found that there is an actual directory exists and the file is also present.
But for some reason, it is giving directory does not exist.
Hi Anand,
Try to give the Directory path with "/" instead of "\".
If yor are specifying the FTP server path, Please try to login to the server manually if you are able to login then XI should take the given path with authorization details.
If you are specifying a file location with in the XI server Directory then give the complete path as follows:
for ex: D:/XiApplications/inputfile.dat
Hope you solve your issue.
Regards
Praveen

Dear Anand,
If you are able to log in to FTP manually,I hope your file will be in ftp location some thing similar to this:
ftp://10.3.20.32/File/inputfile.dat
If it is like this then select the Select the following:
1. Transport Protocol as FTP.
2. Source Directoty as /File
3. FIle Name as inputfile.dat
Provide FTP connection parameters as follows>
1. server : 10.3.20.32
2. port : 21
uncheck the Anonymous Logon:
then provide the login details for the FTP server

2)If your XI server is running on windows 2003,check whether FTP folder configuration using microsoft IIS is done in your xi system.
finally check the path correctly

I did check at unix level and issued command PWD. That gave me the correct absolute path of the directory.
