Activation error with 0CALMONTH.

Hi Experts,

I am using 0CALMONTH in my cubes,

But it is in inactive condition. From BI content also I am unable to activate this objecet.

Please find the attached error description.

with this at the time of loading data to cubes it is showing the SID error for 0CALMONTH.

Please help me.

Check in your Transfer Rules that 0CALMONTH object has been correctly proposed or not?

Hi Phani,

You need to do analysis and repair of BI Objects in this case.

Goto transaction RSRV, correct the error.

And do manual activation of the infoobject.

Thanks for your answer.But in RSRV I couldn't repair the standard time characteristic 0CALMONTH.

Can you please check this once and revert if any other way to repair it.

Hi,

0 calmonth is a sapdelivered object it ready made given by sap ok.its always be active version only.u need not to active it you have to use ok.suppose if ur inserting in cube in units,time and data packet is a fredefined objects you have to these readymadely available.in case if your insert to dimentions u have insert or drag adn drop only no need to worry of 0calmonth,

you have to check other objects only ok.

or you have to manuval activation through RSD1 TCODE.

Hi gurus,,

I know that 0CALMONTH is a standard Time characteristic.But still the infoobject is in inactive condition throwing the following errors on manual activation.All other time characteristics are in active condition.

Due to this time char..I couldn't load data into my Cube:

Error:Post Processing/Checking the Activation for InfoObject 0CALMONTH.

Error:Characteristic 0CALMONTH: Error when generating master data routines

Error:Operation SDOK_M_ATTR_CREATE could not be carried out for

Error:Characteristic 0CALMONTH: Error when creating document property

Error:Characteristic 0CALMONTH: Error when creating document property

Even I couldn't reinstall the same from BI content,as I get the same error while installation.

Please suggest.Is there any thing that Basis can do in this.

you can try tcode rsd1, give the object 0CALMONTH and try manually activating it.
