delayed sales document

will any body can explain about the "delayed sales document".... which is shown in the va03 order ...

i am not reffering to a backorder.....just i want to know what is "Delayed sales document" means......which is one of the tab get displayed in va03.......(i.e)..when u press the...F4help.in the order.....

OK. You are talking about the search help. It is one of the standard search help (VMVAM) provided by SAP.

Search help are used to restrict/reduce the number of documents that are appear during search, so that we can select a document we intend to do.

Since ERDAT ie date of creation is there in this search help, the user can find documents created before a particular date or during a particular date range. This probably explains why this search help is called "Delayed Sales Documents".
