How to connect an existing Facebook page to C4C?

Hello experts

The current guide shows how to connect Facebook to C4C by going to Facebook Developers and create an app. After you fill out all necessary information by Facebook Developers, they have an option for you to create a new Page. So the sequence is Facebook Developer App > Create Page > Connect to C4C.

But what if the customer already has an existing Facebook page? There's no option in Facebook Developers to attach an existing Facebook page there. The sequence here is then Page Created > Facebook Developer App > Connect to C4C.

Please help. I have a POC for a very big client and I can't seem to connect their Facebook page to C4C.

Hello Denmar;

In case you have the Facebook Developer App and the page already configured, then you can just move to the next step and configure it in the c4c.
