Text in sales header

Former Member

Hi All,

We have all the text detarmination configuration in place. My Text object is VBBK and our process starts from the sales order .

I would like to know where will I maintain the text (for example 12345,ABCDE..) that needs to come in the sales order header text against the text type which has been defined.

Since I don't have a preceding document before the sales order , I wonder wherr will the text flow from ?

Thanks

Sridhar

Hi Sridhar,

Good Day,

Use Transactio SO10 and Create the Standard Text then Assign your Sales order header Text Fields.

procedure is Under Sales Document Header Access Sequence you have DATA Transfer Field in that currently available 2 Example . you can utilize any one of this.

If you want to assign 2 then create standard text as

Text Name Should be RV_MEETING.

or

Use UserExist

USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_TVCOM_H and USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_TVCOM_I with the help of ABAP Consultant and pass relevent parameters.

All the best.

Hi,

You can copy the text from customer master record into sales order. If there is no preceeding document that you want to copy the text from you would have to enter the text manually.

For the text object "customer master record", you do not specify access sequences since these texts are not copied but manually specified by the user.

Hi ,

This text doesn't flow from customer master ,I mean the text object is not KNVV/KNA1 ,it is VBBK. This text is there at sales order header . So just curious to know is there any way by whch these text could be populated apart from entering it manually.

Do we have any transaction where we maintain these texts.

Thanks
