The 27/10 day I had a major problem in the enterprise, all systems were hung and had to restart the server. The company was out of work about 15 minutes (much!).
From time to time apparently the ADS server was disconnected.
ADS_ERR.DBF reviewed the file and records what attached them.
It is not the first time it happens and I have no idea the cause.
The server administrator tells me that no records of any incident.

Language systems are in harbour 3.2

Your ads_err.adt file shows only one error on 27/10/2016, at 3:33:59 PM. That error is 7147, which indicates a collation error. I can't easily see how this would cause a complete outage.

Your ads_err.dbf shows error 7041 (file not found) a few seconds earlier. Unfortunately, it does not indicate which file is missing.

The dbf file is generally only used when the adt file is not accessible, so almost always when the server will not start, or when the error occurs before startup is complete. Therefore it seems likely that both errors occurred after you restarted the system. There don't seem to be any errors preceding the outage.

The next time this occurs, I would recommend opening a support incident immediately. Please be prepared to send in your Application and System Event logs, since the ADS error logs do not seem to be helpful.
