.ssd file in Windows/temp directory goes to 6GB - Memory issue

I am using JRC to export my rpt file in PDF format. I have about 30 report files and each report has about 20 pages or so. When I execute these reports a JPE45632.ssd file is created and it goes about 6 GB. When I try to delete this file it says it is in use by some other user. In addition to .ssd file, there are 2 or more .tmp files with name JRCXXXXXXXXX.tmp is created, these .tmp files are of 0KB so thats not an issue. For deleting this file I need to stop the web application.

Why this file is being created and Is there some setting that this file should not grow that big ?

Please help. as this is an urgent issue. Any suggestion or idea could give us a direction... Thanks
