ESS workflow Doubt & Document

Hi Team,

I have requirement in ESS leave request workflow.I need to trigger a mail to initiator once superior approve/Reject mail triggering is working good,but in that mail content they need Leave Type ,From,To date ,From,To time and comments which they giving in Portal.

Give me any table name or any FM to get the Leave Type ,From,To date ,From,To time and comments .

I had tried with PTREQ_HEADER,PTREQ_ITEMS,PTREQ_ATTABSDATA by using Req_id but I not able to get the Leave Type , comments.Pls give me some idea .
