    Hello Richard

You may also have a look at BAPI_USER_ACTGROUPS_ASSIGN.

Please note that this BAPI has a delta mechanism meaning that assigned roles that are not listed as input for the BAPI will be unassigned from the user.

    Regards

    Uwe

    Hi,

Pls try to use these BAPIs -

    /VIRSA/RE_BAPI_CREATE_ROLE- Create Roles
    /VIRSA/ROLE_ASSIGN_CUA_NH
    /VIRSA/RE_BAPI_ROLE_TO_USERS

ASSIGN_USERS_HIERARCHY - User Assignment to Role - this is a Normal FM

Pls try the Where USed list on this Table AGR_DEFINE (Role Definition to find the FM. There you can can choose the apt ones.

    Regards

    Lekha
