Special stock type Q is not supported while PGI(VL02N)

Dear Gurus,

We are doing intercompany STO process, we are facing the problem, special stock Q is not supported (Message No. M7146).I have read all related articles but didn't get any appropriate answer.

we are doing the process as per given below.

1.create a STO po by using account assignment category Q(project).

item category is blank because U is optional for intercompany STO.

2.create a outbound delivery by using T-CODE VL10D.

3.doing PGI by using T-code VL02N.

While PGI error triggered.

@ SPECIAL stock Q maintained in delivery type NLC (VOV7).

and for movement type 643 also maintained special stock Q (OMJJ).

Kindly help ASAP.

I have read this document, mean we can not transfer stock from differnet WBS element.we have to same WBS element in the issuing and in the receiving plant.
