SAP ERP modules PP-PI and Logistics Modules S/4 HANA IBP - CIF

Hello Experts ,

I have a question regarding ECC migrating to S/4 HANA and integration between IBP and Logistics Module

1) After i migrate ECC Logistics modules to HAN and decided to implement IBP is there any interface needed like CIF integrating ECC and APO

2) S/4 Hana Migration cockpit have many standard migration template for Logistics modules how ever i do not find any migration templates like Master receipe , is it possible to create own migration templates ?

Hi Raj,

1) After i migrate ECC Logistics modules to HAN and decided to implement IBP is there any interface needed like CIF integrating ECC and APO.

Once ECC migration happens to the HANA database or from ECC, master data can be transferred to IBP via SAP Cloud Platform Integration for data services (CPI-DS) for time series planning. Use specific add-ons (SAP ERP, Supply Chain Integration Add-On for SAP Integrated Business Planning , SAP S/4HANA, Supply Chain Integration Add-On for SAP Integrated Business Planning) to integrate ERP master data and transactional data for order-based planning (SDI integration).

Here data upload can be done in 2 ways.

1. Enabling connection to ECC or S/4HANA system via SAP Cloud Platform Integration for data services (master and transactional data transferred directly based on database table relations).

2. Once the planning model activation completed, master and transactional data can be transferred via Batch job from the IBP system (data transferred can be used for small volumes)
