Add the new parameter in the vendor evaluation questionnaire

Dear, Expert :

I work in SRM vendor evaluation questionnaire scenario. I want to add the new parameter (Survey Dealine )into the questionnaire. and find the SAP configuration document like that :

You can enhance the list of potential questionnaire parameters (see section Adding Parameters to a Questionnaire according to your needs. You can add all InfoObjects that are included in the DataStore objects for transactional document data. To do so, run transaction se11 to edit the append structure CI_BBP_VE_ATTR of structure SRM_VE_SEVENT_ATTR.

But I can't find the structure above in SRM system .

Who can suggest that how to add the survey deadline into the questionnaire ?
