Dear Experts,
We have a BPM, which receives a Delivery IDOC and then receives a Invoice IDOC of the same delivery in correlation. For this we have two receiver determinations separately for Delivery IDOC and Invoice IDOC and receiver is this BPM.
Sometime we are getting the error as u2018permanent error in bpe inbound processingu2019 in SMQ2, we are assuming this error may be coming if by chance Invoice IDOC hits the BPM and not having the active process of the relevant Delivery IDOC, this error blocks the queue (SMQ2).
Please tell us the way out to handle this situation
with regards,
Ravi Siddam

Hi,
Thanks for replies.
Dear kummari,
Gone through the blog suggested, we have tried both the options 'buffreing possible' and 'without buffering' previously, in both the cases this error has occured. Now it is set to 'without buffereing' which is recommended.
Dear Prateek,
This error comes for once in 100 transactions. so there may not be any problme with BPM mapping/transformation etc.
I don't know whether still this import of the BPM is required, this is already in production and deleting entries from swwl may not be possible.
Please suggest.

U may do the following:
1. Test mapping/ transformation step if present.
2. Check the BPM config again and press F7 to test it syntactically.
3. Delete all entries in SWWL. Then delete BPM from ID and reimport.
Regards,
Prateek
