ESS&MSS problem

problem in ESS and MSS ,internally it is working in the office every thing like SSO and all the tabs are working .but when i try to login through internet from the out side world ,when i click about me after that when i click employee search or any tabs Iu2019m getting this message ,page can not display message i'm getting.
