PO Release cancellation

Hi Friends,

My MM consulatant is facing as issue in PO that he wants me to check whether it can be resolved by ABAP.

The issue is, after the PO got released and sent to the particular vendor via mail thru External send output process, the system not allowing the user to go for the changes (shows an info message: Already output made not able to do changes)or not allowing to cancel the release again to do the changes as per vendor requirment if any.But he can do the cancellation of release and changes for normal output of Print and Fax.

Pls advise. Why its affecting and not allowing the user to change the PO.

Hi ,

i thinks its purely related to config, can u check the setings for the same in the view

Hi Prabhu P,

It has set up correctly in V_T16FB and the problem is if we change anything here, then even end users can change the PO datas without approval/knowledge of Higher management(Bpo's) and the screen will be in the change mode for all situations.

Pls advise.
