Editing model once created

Once a model has been created, is it possible to change a dimension type from dimension to measure?

Or for another example duplicate a dimension and change the duplicate to a time dimension?

Currently using an import universe connection.

Open Your modeler from files the there is an option "Rebuild Model" in edit tab.Click the rebuild option and you are good to go but watch the warning first.You may lose some of your progress because any data imported after the model was created will be lost.
