Group emails from Solution Manager

Hi all,

When creating a follow up email from the SolMan CRM UI sent to a group email in outlook, I keep receiving bounce back stating that delivery has failed.

Any thoughts are appreciated!

  • I suspect that this bounce-back is caused by an ampersand (&) in the target email as opposed to Solution Manager itself. It seems that the email gets cut-off after the ampersand (ex."name&lastname@email.com" becomes just "name"). Has anyone else encountered this?

    Dustin - what does SOST transaction show? What version/SP of Solution Manager are you running?

    • Unfortunately, I am not authorized to run SOST, but I will check and get back to you. We are running Solution Manager 7.1 SP 12. Thanks!
