Make-to-Stock scenario

I have the following situation. I am using SOP to plan the production. I create all the planned independent requirements for 01.MM.2008. After I run the MRP, and I convert planned order into production order, the order start date is 01.MM.2008 and the finish date is, for example, 03.MM.2008.

The next time I run the MRP, the system creates another planned order with the receipt date 01.MM.2008, and assigns an exception 20 (Cancel process) to the production order. If I TECO the PrdOrd and I convert the PldOrd into PrdOrd, I get the same situation above every time.

For the finished product, I'm using strategy 11 (Gross requirements planning) with mixed MRP indicator 2, and for the production order I have set Backwards scheduling.

Can you tell me how I can prevent this from happening?
