Resource Scheduler - Connection to Calendar and tickets from the past

Hello guys,

I have two questions related to the Resource Scheduler. I read that the items from the Calendar should also be available in the Resource Scheduler. I was able to make all the assignments from the resource scheduler available in the calendar (access restriction), but not the other way around.

The other question relating the assignment of created tickets. Somehow, I can also see tickets in the demand list within a certain period of their creation date. For example, I created a ticket on the 2nd of Februar this year. If I set my digramm on a monthly basis, I see this ticket only in february, but not in march anymore - therefore, I am also not able to drag it on the gantt chart. Am I doing anything wrong during the creation or do I need to change anything particular?
