SLT to S/4 on HANA Central Finance Replication Issue

  • We have configured the SLT & are done with all the initial steps, including Key & Value mapping.
  • The Initial Loads are done too.
  • the replication jobs (AUFK, CFIN_ACCHD & COBK) have been set up in the SLT system.
  • The issue is, the replication of records from ECC system to S/4 Central Finance system is not happening, no new or changed record is getting moved over into S/4 system.
  • This is mainly happening for CFIN_ACCHD data.
  • The error in the SLT job for CFIN_ACCHD is: No ident for specified input found
  • We created many FI documents in the ECC system and are waiting to see them in AIF tool either as Successfully posted or with Error. But no sign of these records in AIF.
  • You can check the ‘Replication Status’ on the ‘Expert Function’ tab of SLT. It will show the new record from ECC is being replicated to the S/4 system. So we are sure that, the SLT system is configured correctly (maybe) and is being pushed over to the S/4 system.
  • But in the AIF tool (t code /n/AIF/IFMON) in the S/4 system, it does not show the record as replicated into the S/4 system.
  • Not sure, where is the record going ?

Hi Tejas,

Firstly have you managed to replicate successfully via SLT yet for the source system connected? If you have and did not first remove the data in CFIN* tables on source system you may need to delete the transfer status records from table DMC_FM_RESTART otherwise SLT interprets documents as already sent and will not transfer them again. You reset the status from Expert functions "Reset Transfer status for records" or "Delete or copy restart Information".

If this is not the case then first thing I would check is that the run time objects are synchronized between source and central systems. In LTRC Processing steps > Create Predefined Load and Replication Objects drill down on any object to take you into MWB. Select the subproject option and ensure you are on the migration object for the MTID with suffix _TEMPLATE. Goto change then drill into each migration object, drill again into step 7 Generate Runtime Object then perform the DDIC synch. Do this for every migration object.

Now you will need to apply these updated template object versions to the actual run time version, see note 2109952 - How to regenerate the runtime objects - SLT.

It is also worthwhile to check SLG1, SM21 and ST22 for related dumps and raising an incident with SAP.

Cheers
Marc
