Dunning

Hi Gurus,

When iam doing dunning run for a customer its giving error as that particuklar customer is blocked by other dunning run . what to do to unblock that customer

pls help

you have probably sorted this out now - but when you get this message the document/customer has already been picked up in a previous dunning run that hasn't been completely executed - this information is still being held in a temporary table - you need to check that all previous dunning runs have been completed

Hi,

I think your customer is blocked for dunning. Please check the customer master data in FD02 and check the tab for correspondence. Now check the dunning block. Remove the dunning block and save your settings. Now try again for dunning
