Hi
When I test service "C_INCIDENTCASEQUERY_CDS" in Gateway system (Front-end system) its giving error as "An exception raised".
But when I execute service in Backend service its working correctly.
As I run service in Front-end system, and saw error in backend system using
/n/iwbep/error_log.......Error shown as
Error ID:-
BW_BICS_EQ121
Error text:- Query is invalid or contains error..
As it working finr in backend system.. Did I missed any config in Frontend-system

The technical Content objects may not have been activated yet.

Make sure all steps are followed and especially RSTCO_ADMIN.
