Does any one have any good documentation on the following topic:

1. What benefit business can get from shift reports and shift notes.
2. Does any one have any good documentation user level for implementing shift notes and reports (other than help.sap link).

Also, as i know, there is topic in the Book "Plant maintenance" from SAP Press (you may get paid subscription or buy a book there).
