Subsequent Implementation of Document Splitting

Hi.

Could you explain me details of Subsequent Implementation of Document Splitting.

I would like to migrate from Classial GL to NGL.

In first moment we are planning migration without document splitting, but in further we are planinng to implement splitting.

What kind of restrictions I need to remember?.

I have already read relevant notes (891144), but I wolud like to heard about real experience.
