How to use Fields of Custom View in Segmentation and as a Score?

Hi together,

we are on Hybris Marketing Cloud (1802).

if there is created a custom field I can use this field in segmentation and as a score without problems.

If there is used a custom business object (CBO) and if this CBO is assigned to a segmentation object there is created automatically a custom view in the background. It is possible to use the fields of this view in segmentation.

Our questions now are:

1. Is it possible to use some fields of this custom view also as simple scores to make them visible on the contact profile?

2. If this is not possibe, how we could model the scenario that the same attributes have to be used in segmentation and as scores (visible on contact profile)?

I think in your standard system (predictive studio) you'll find a score "Age Score" which is more or less a hard coded implementation to read table content. Along this solution you could bring in custom data as score in the customer sheet.

again thank you very much for your reply. I forgot to mention that we are on yM Cloud (1802). I am sorry as I have not mention it in my question (I corrected this now).

Maybe this is the reason I could not connect the dots.

Please let me tell you what has been done so far so maybe we have an error in our way we have created the custom view.

1. We have created a custom busines object (CBO) with the App Marketing Extensibility

2. This CBO was assigned to the segmentation object SAP_CONTACT_ENGAGEMENT_SIN. In this moment SAP Standard has created the custom view CA_CNT_YY1_C8E2C9346416.

3. We unassigned the CBO from the segmentation object and assigned the custom view to it.

4. We exportet the custom view CA_CNT_YY1_C8E2C9346416 as we had to change the label in SAP HANA Studio and we reimported the view into Hybris Marketing Cloud (App: Add Custom View) -> Result: All attributes appear in the segmentation profile.

Now we want to use some of the fields of the custom view CA_CNT_YY1_C8E2C9346416 as scores and show them on the contact profile and here we are struggeling.

5. In the app Score Builder in the Rule Set we can not select any attribute of the custom view CA_CNT_YY1_C8E2C9346416. How we could do that?

6. In the app Marketing Extensibility there exists the Sub-Menu "Add Custom View to Score Attributes". The problem is that here we can not select our custom view CA_CNT_YY1_C8E2C9346416:

Is our approach generally possible? How the view CA_CNT_YY1_C8E2C9346416 has to be changed so the view appears as selectable in the App Add Custom View to Score Attributes?
