Change modification language after changes on a standard program

Hi,

I have modified a standard program PPBICO40.

I have added a select option S_AUART.

I made the modification in language FR, but the original language is DE.

I need to change de modification language from FR to DE in order to translate my select option from DE to EN.

How can I modify the modification language ?
