Hi,
Within cProjects we have the documents tab for every project element. Here you have the option of "checking in" different document types. I would like to understand the following. Once you finishing checking in, where does the document get stored? Is it possible to archive that?
Also the same case with cFolders. Once you create a document within a folder, where does the document get stored and what are the archiving possibilities?
thanks
anantharam
Anantharam,
in case of cFolders, the document gets stored in a repository CFF*...
I don't remember the exact name but this may be a hint for you to find out more.
In case of cProjects - if you use DMS, it should be as per DMS repository.

Hi Anantharam,
cProjects uses interfaces to eDMS to store the documents. What's happening beyond those interfaces I have to admit, I'm pretty ignorant of...
Hoping this helps a bit.
Best regards,
Thomas

Hi
You define storage category in customizing.
There u maintain storage location for cFolder documents
Not sure about archieving capabilities as cFolders is basically for exchanging information and thus from front end can be deleted via authorizations.
