Cannot see Workflow Definitions on deployed Workflows in Cloud Platform

I have created two workflow apps using the WebIDE template in the cloud and have deployed them back to SCP. I can see the workflows in SCP itself after deploying them.

When I launch the Monitor Workflow Destination Fiori app using SCP Portal it shows no destinations. Any ideas? I have the appropriate roles assigned and there are no errors in the browser console.

Hi Sarah - I'm a little confused by your question, can you please perhaps clarify a couple of things:

- when you say "destination", do you really mean "destination" or "definition"?

- when you say you "can see the workflows in SCP itself", what do you mean - where do you see them?

Regardless of the questions I've asked in my comment to your question, have you checked to see if you can see the workflows (definitions) via the API? If you've not used the API before, here are a couple of pointers:

- the API docu on the API Hub: https://api.sap.com/shell/discover/contentpackage/SAPCPWorkflowAPIs/api/SAP_CP_Workflow

- a post on using Postman to explore the API: https://blogs.sap.com/2018/01/16/discovering-scp-workflow-using-postman/

Hello Sarah,

I presume you have deployed the workflow project folder using Deploy --> Deploy to SAP Cloud Platform option so you are able to see the application under HTML Applications in SCP, but you need to deploy the workflow explicitly by selecting the workflow file and choosing Deploy --> Deploy to SAP Cloud Platform Workflow - only then the workflow will be deployed and you can see them in Monitor Workflow application
