User Mapping Issue between Portal and SAP R3

Dears,

We are using EP 6.0 and SAP R3 4.7,Till now user mapping between portal and R3 was such that whenver users login into R3 using EP they get login into client 333 now I want to change this client to 444.So please suggest me how can I do this.
