Hi,
My scenario is IDOC to JDBC. I have a requirement that I need to hold the messages in PI for some time. Means the target system users don't want the data in real time, they want in scheduling basis.
Kindly help me anybody on this,
Is it possible by PI? If possible how to do that?
Regards,
Ramu
Hi Ramu!
Use IDOC collecting at sender's side and setup a background job to send it to PI by schedule. In PI use IDOC packaging in sender IDOC channel's properties.

Hi Ramu,
You can hold the data for some time by using the Sleep method UDF at root node , it will help to send the record one after the another.
but it is not suggestable if you need to hold more time(i.e. >5 mins). it will effect the performance of PI.

Manoj
