Custom BPF email template

Hi,

We have been asked to change the email body that currently goes out in BPF emails. I have followed everything that is mentioned in the blogs https://archive.sap.com/documents/docs/DOC-66028 and https://wiki.scn.sap.com/wiki/display/CPM/How+to+maintain+BPF+email+templates but still the email goes out with the old SMARTFORM. The subject line change appears so that means it is picking up the custom entry but the Z smartform is not getting picked up.

Any pointers on this?
