Downloaded SAP Crystal Server 2016 Client Tools and installed it . After the installation I could see the Crystal Runtime engine. While launching the report, I am getting “Failed to load database information” error. I am using Database - Field Definitions Only (TTX file).
Can anyone please help to resolve this issue
