Problem in Teamview

Hi,

i have a strange problem in the teamviewer: e.g. email-address shows n/a for two employees, for the other there is a value. Infotype 105 looks okay, there is a email-adress.

any ideas why the n/a is showed in team view for some employees ?

issue is solved. problem was that authorization for Infotype 0032 was missing !

As per standard process E-Maill will be fetching from employee user details. Check the employee user id is having e-mail in SU01.
