How to make a complicated bar chart

There is a table. Each row in the table identifies a) a school, b) the year (e.g. K, 1, 2, 3, etc.) , c) a subject, d) the average test score at that school for that year for that subject, and 4) the average test score for that year for that subject at all schools.

School A, Grade 1, reading, 20, 30

School A, Grade 1, writing, 5, 10

School A, Grade 1, math, 10, 11

School A, Grade 2, reading 21, 30

School A, Grade 2, ...

School Z, Grade 12, math, 8, 11

I want to make a single bar chart, one page for each School. Each page has a group of bars for each subject (reading writing math), so three groups of bars in all. Each group of bars (each subject) is to have a bar for the average test score for each Grade plus the average score at all schools for that Grade for comparison.

I can get Crystal Reports 2013 to do everything up to the point of one bar per year (Grade) per subject. The On Change Of is by subject by year. But when I try to add a bar for the average at all schools for that year, I get a message that the bar chart can only have one "Show Value" for two "Change Of"

Any suggestions out there?
