SAP Crystal Server 2016 Client Tools

• Customer downloaded SAP Crystal Server 2016 Client Tools and installed it . After the installation custome could see the Runtime engine .
• While launching the report, customer getting “Failed to load database information” error. Customer using Database - Field Definitions Only (TTX file).
• How can we help customer on this issue ?

Hi,

I am using Crstal Server 2016, and installed Crystal Server 2016 Client tools.

From aspx screen, I will be calling a Stored Procedure and the output of the SP will be assigned in a dataset and then call the report

assigning the dataset to it.

In the crystal report, we will define the database -Field definition Only (TTX).

When launching the report, I am getting error as "Failed to load database information".

Same aspx, SP, report is working fine when using Crystal report viewer for Visual Studio.

Can anyone please help to resolve this issue
