C4C 1611 Get Appointment

Hi all,

how can i test the new "Get Appointment" functionnality?

In my UI is always greyed out.

I'm sorry i already solved it by myself, to get the appointment, 2 configurations are needed:

1. Maintain the Scheduling Method as "Appointment" for the item to schedule,

2. Maintain Time Slots in Fine-Tune activities.

Doing these configuration, when releasing the item for scheduling, the Appointment action is available.
