System condition for preventive maintenance order

Hi Gurus,

I set up system condition '0' (as defined by the standard system) on both the header and operation level of my task list. A maintenance plan is created with only this task list and an order created, however, the system condition is only flagged on the operation level of this order. Do you know how to set it on the header level as well?
